Beleza at the Chrysler

High energy, life celebrating, primal percussion drives the world beat percussion group Beleza.

The music of Beleza springs from the primitive rhythms of places like West Africa, Brazil and Haiti. The group has been playing and singing in venues throughout Hampton Roads since 1999.

    Greatings

    I am sorry that I missed “drums at the beach.” Will there be any up coming events? I have been a lover of African dance, drum, art and culture since I was a little girl. I have had the pleasure of meeting Ms Connie at Sentara Senior Community Care Center (PACE) in Virinia Beach. I would like to thank her for bringing drums into the lives of the PACE participants and allowing me to dance during the PACE drum cirles.
